Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for ReadyStudy Premium subscriptions. How your purchase is handled depends on where you bought it.

Web purchases

Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. You may cancel a web subscription at any time; access to Premium continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after cancellation.

You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal by contacting us at[email protected]with the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where required by applicable consumer law, your statutory refund and cancellation rights continue to apply and are not limited by this policy.

App store purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and renewed by that store. Cancellations and refunds for those purchases are handled under the applicable store's policies and must be requested through your store account. Deleting your ReadyStudy account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Managing your subscription

You can review your plan and manage or cancel a web subscription from the Billing page inside ReadyStudy. Store subscriptions are managed from your Apple or Google account settings.
